Jay Rourke started his real estate career in the Florida Keys in 1979. He helped build and manage a chain of five high-end real estate boutique firms with branches from Fort Lauderdale to Key West. Jay returned to his roots at Ocean Reef with Russell Post Sotheby's International Realty to help his friends and clients find their piece of paradise. Jay is also a licensed general contractor and runs a successful construction company at Ocean Reef Club. His expertise in building and real estate sales are valuable tools for making prudent real estate decisions. Jay and his wife, Brenda, have two children, Kayle and Riley. Jay serves on the executive board of The Florida Keys Children's Shelter and the Military Affairs Committee for Homestead Air Reserve Base.
